Just call and say you want to vote in the proxy for OTI and give your name; they'll find you on their records of shareholders and will ask you to confirm your address (in Gemany, etc.) Next you can instruct them to record the vote.
Tell them you don't speak English well, to speak slowly and clearly. Do not worry, nobody speaks perfect English in NY and New Jersey...! Do not be timid, people are used to speaking with foreigners here... or you can ask somebody from your family friends to call for you.
The votes are:

I and Jeff just spoke with the lawyers. The priority for us is clear: call and vote by phone as explained above.

If Alliance Partners 1 844-557-9028 do not help you vote and put obstacles, the lawyer will address that.
Do not be concerned about the English language! They are used to poor English! The shareholder can also ask a relative or friend to speak in their name.
For those in the US that can vote online, of course go ahead and vote now online! Anybody who tries but can't vote, inform me!
