National Coal vor dem Ausbruch ...

Das einzige, was gegen National Coalcorp spricht, ist der schlechte Newsflow....Ich finde persönlich nicht viel an News...Will mir heute nochmal den letzten Quartalsbericht anschauen, und evtl mal eine kleine Position aufbauen....  

 

also, das teil steht auf meiner Watchlist....die20% der letzten 2 tage hätte ich gern mitgenommen, aber jetzt warte ich wieder auf rücksetzer...mal schauen was hier passiert....
 

bin wirklich mal gespannt wann die ersten Guten Zahlen wieder rauskommen. Könnte wetten, dass dann die Kurse explodieren un wir locker Richtung 2? gehen.

On June 16, 2010, National Coal Corp. was notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market that we are not in compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5450(b)(3)(C) because the market value of our publicly held shares of common stock was less than $15 million for 30 consecutive business days. In accordance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5810(c)(3)(D), we have 180 calendar days, or until December 13, 2010, to regain compliance.  This notification has no effect on the listing of the Company?s common stock at this time.

To regain compliance with the minimum value of publicly held shares rule, the market value of the Company?s publicly held shares,
based on the closing bid price of our common stock, must equal at least $15 million for a minimum of ten consecutive business days. If we do not regain compliance by December 13, 2010, the Nasdaq staff will notify us that our common stock will be delisted. In that event and at that time, we may appeal Nasdaq?s delisting determination to a Nasdaq Hearings Panel.

We previously announced that we were not in compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5450(a)(1), the Minimum Bid Price Rule,
because shares of our common stock had closed at a per share bid price of less than $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days. In accordance with
Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), we have until July 6, 2010 to regain compliance with the minimum bid price rule.

Aktuell haben wir 3x die $0.58 getestet. Wenn dies der Boden ist haben wir Chancen die Gaps bei $0.83 und $1.16 ganz schnell zu schließen.

8,578,472 x $0.58 = ca. US$4.976M  

intraday sind wir auf dem 5min und 15min bereits ausgebrochen!
Ich drück mal die Daumen,dass es weiter nach oben läuft!

On June 30, 2010 our wholly-owned subsidiary, National Coal Corporation entered into an Equipment Purchase Agreement (the ? Agreement ?) with SEACAP Leasing Associates II LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the ? Buyer ?), pursuant to which we sold to the Buyer on such date a Superior Highwall Mining System for $4.1 million in cash. The assets sold had an immaterial net book value resulting in a gain on the sale of $4.1 million and a corresponding increase in cash and stockholders? equity which will be reflected in our consolidated financial statements for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010.  

Boden dürfte zwischen $0.50 und $0.549 gefunden worden sein.
Am Mittwoch 21.07.2010 wird NCOCD das "D" im Ticker verlieren und wieder ganz normal am Nasadaq GM gelistet sein.  

SAR support ist soeben mit Kurs $0.57 erfolgt!  

Nächste Woche sollte hier was gehen.
Zum Schluß haben wir noch mal einen schönen Kauf von 4200 Stücken gesehen.
Erstes Ziel ist das 1. Gap bei $0.83 danach $1.16

$0.85 war noch einmal eine gute Basis um weitere Stücke einzusammeln.
Weiterhin nur 8.58 Millionen Aktien im Umlauf.
Marktkapitalisierung ist somit ein Witz mit 7,3M US$---  

1. Ziel dürfte die 50er Durschschnittslinie sein, welche aktuell bei $1.03 liegt.
Wir sind vor ein paar Tagen an dieser Linie gescheitert - im zweiten Anlauf sollte es jedoch klappen.
CCI Indikator ist nun wieder 85 abgekühlt.  

So schön ruhig hier.
Freut mich , dass noch nicht so viele auf diese Aktie aufmerksam geworden sind oder durch den rasanten Kursverfall der letzten Monate einfach das Handtuch geworfen haben. $0.85 hat heute auf Schlußkursbasis mit Schlußkurs von $0.88 gut gehalten.
Aktuell befinden wir uns in einer Cup and Handle Formation, welche uns für nächste Woche Kurse über $1.00 bescheren sollte.
Silbercross (20er kreuzt die 50er Tageslinie) wird auch im Monat August auf uns warten. Alles in allem habe ich nichts dagegen, wenn NCOC jeden Tag um 2-3 Cents steigt bei geringen Volumen.
Ab $1 dürften aber die Fonds wieder für etwas mehr Handelsumsatz sorgen...
